IMPORTANT UPDATE: PAYMENT OF ENFIA 2025

We inform you that the deadline for paying the first installment of ENFIA expires on Monday, March 31.

ENFIA Payment Methods

ENFIA can be paid in the following ways:

1. Lump sum payment of the total amount by March 31
2. Partial payment in monthly installments with the first installment to be paid by March 31.

Instalment Options

According to the current framework, ENFIA payment can be made in 12 monthly installments instead of 11, with the deadline for payment of the first installment expiring end of March and the last one on February 28, 2026.

AADE Fixed Regulation

In addition to the 12 installments, each taxpayer can take advantage of the fixed regulation of the Independent Public Revenue Authority (AADE) and proceed with repayment in more installments, with a maximum limit of 24 monthly installments.

Important Note: The regulation concerns amounts over 390 euros, as the minimum monthly installment is 30 euros.

Conditions for Maintaining the Regulation

In order to maintain the regulation, the following conditions must be met:

• The payment of each installment must be made on time, by the last working day of each month
• The timely submission of all tax returns for the last five years is mandatory
• Any new debts must be settled immediately
