ATTENTION: Current KOT beneficiaries!

Existing beneficiaries of the Social Residential Electricity Tariff (KOT) must submit a new application by 25 September 2026, inclusive.

The new application is mandatory to maintain eligibility for the KOT tariff.

⚠️ Anyone who fails to submit a new application by the above deadline will automatically lose their eligibility for the Social Residential Electricity Tariff and will no longer receive the corresponding discount on their electricity bill.

The new application must be submitted using the updated information from the most recent tax return.
