Today, January 15, "My Home 2" was "premiered" and will help over 20,000 households acquire their first home with a cheap loan.
The Joint Ministerial Decision (JMD) that was published marks the countdown to the start of applications for the program. The program, with a budget of 1 billion euros, aims to address the housing problem in Greece.
Beneficiaries of the "My Home 2" program
1. Age criteria:
• Natural persons who are at least 25 years of age by December 31 of the year of submission.
• In the case of spouses or parties to a cohabitation agreement, it is sufficient for one person to meet the above criteria.
2. Income and asset criteria:
• For single people with a maximum income of 20,000 euros.
• For married people or members of a civil partnership, family income is assessed.
