From Today, Monday, November 10 , applications for the heating allowance of the winter season 2025-2026 .
🗓️ Applications are being submitted until December 5, 2025 .
🛢️ Fuel shopping period
Purchases of heating fuels or thermal energy must be made between:

October 1, 2025 – March 31, 2026

Especially for heating oil , the subsidy starts from October 15, 2025
-
For firewood and biomass (pellets) , purchases must have been made by June 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026
💶 Advance payment of allowance
Those who submit the application by December 5, 2025 , they will receive 60% deposit the amount of the allowance that was paid to them during last year's winter period ( 2024-2025 ).
💰 Payments in two installments
The heating allowance payments will be made in two phases :
1️⃣ Until December 23, 2025
➡️ For all purchases that will be invoiced up to November 30, 2025 , provided that the necessary information has been registered by December 5, 2025 .
2️⃣ Until May 29, 2026
➡️ For purchases involving consumption by October 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026
➡️ For firewood & pellets, the period applies June 1, 2025 – March 31, 2026
(Relevant purchases must have been invoiced by April 15, 2026 and have been declared by April 30, 2026 )
🌀 Additional payment will be held until July 31, 2026 for natural gas and thermal energy through district heating , for consumption made by October 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026 .
