THE MIDAS (Property Ownership and Management Registry) is the new digital platform of the Public Property Administration that will bring together all the information about each property in a single folder.

It connects elements from:

E9 & ENFIA
Cadastre (KAEK)
PPC/DEDDIE (benefits)
Lease statements
Urban planning & pending legal matters

🧐Why is he coming now?

The AADE wants to put an end to ambiguities, double declarations and errors.
With MIDA:

Taxpayers will have transparent and complete picture of their real estate.
The state will be able to control easier and fairer taxation.
The statements will be made simpler, without paperwork and double registrations .

⚠️What to watch out for

Have correct and complete E9 with correct ATAK for all properties.
The data must agree with the Land Registry (KAEK) .
Check them. power supply numbers and the use of each property (rented, owner-occupied, vacant, leased).
In case of discrepancies, you will receive a notification for correction.
