Taxpayers who saw their declaration is automatically submitted , they are asked to check the code 081 , which concerns the rental contract statement .
📌 If the code is not pre-filled , must be submitted amending statement without any fine, until July 15, 2025 .
⚠️ Those who miss this date have margin until September 30, 2025 to settle the declaration, in accordance with the applicable provision.

THE rent calculation is done automatically based on the details of the tenant's tax return, as they have been configured until the last working day of September of the payment year. That is, for 2025, until September 30, 2025 .
