Do you own an older home and want to renovate it at minimal cost?

The "Home Renovation" 2026 programme subsidises renovation and energy upgrade works at a rate that can reach up to 95%.

You can upgrade your home with interventions such as:

• bathroom and kitchen renovation
• Window and door frames
• Thermal insulation
• Heating and cooling
• Solar water heater
• Electrical – plumbing works
• Repairs to interior spaces
• Studies and permits

➡ Subsidy of up to €36,000 per home
➡ An additional amount of up to €2,500 for technical studies, permits and inspections
➡ Applies to homes with a building permit issued up to 31/12/1990

The final terms and the obligations of beneficiaries will be determined in the programme's official call for applications.
