New program for businesses with wage subsidy for hiring unemployed people from DYPA

Applications have begun from businesses for the new DYPA (Public Employment Service) programme, which combines fully subsidised employment and training for unemployed beneficiaries of the Minimum Guaranteed Income.

🔹 Through the new Public Call, beneficiaries are allowed to start working at a business immediately, while simultaneously attending an 80-hour training programme.

✅ Businesses that participate:

• 💰 Receive 100% subsidy on wages and social security contributions for 12 months
• 📊 Have a total benefit of €1,118 per month / €13,416 per year per employee
• 👥 Can hire unemployed individuals of all specialisations
• 🔓 Are not obligated to retain staff after the programme ends
