Social Housing Tariff (SHT) 2025
20 August, 2025 15:05

The process of submitting new applications for inclusion in the Social Housing Tariff (SHT) 2025 is in full swing, with a deadline of September 21, 2025 .
⚠️ Important: The application is mandatory for all existing beneficiaries in order to remain in the program and continue to receive the discount on their electricity bill.
Failure to renew the application within the two-month period from the submission of tax returns (which, after the extension, expired on July 21, 2025 ) leads to automatic disqualification from the CTO .
🔎 Who is eligible for the discount?
The CTO is divided into two categories:
-
HEN
Beneficiaries of Social Solidarity Income (SSI)
📉 Up to 70% off -
KOT-B
Low-income households
📉 Up to 35% off
📌 What happens if an application is not submitted by September 21st?
Those who do not resubmit their application by the deadline will be automatically dismissed from the CTO.
However, they can submit a new application at a later stage, canceling the previous one , as long as they still meet the criteria.
💡 Why applying early is important
The CTO offers significant relief to vulnerable groups, especially during periods of energy stress.
Timely application ensures:
✔️ Uninterrupted continuation of the discount
✔️ Stable access to the program without risk of interruption
