ENFIA 2026: Deadline for the First Installment

The ENFIA 2026 tax assessments have been posted, and the deadline for paying the first installment for property owners is Tuesday, March 31.

The property tax is paid in 12 installments, with the last payment due in February 2027.

🔍 The 3 categories eligible for an ENFIA 2026 discount

The ENFIA discount that a property owner may receive ranges from 10% to 100%.

In detail:

1. Discount of up to 20% for homes insured against natural disasters. A necessary condition is that the application was submitted through myProperty by February 16.
   • If the value of the insured residence is up to €500,000, the discount is 20%.
   • If the value is above this limit, the discount drops to 10%.
2. 50% discount for families with an income up to €9,000 (plus €1,000 for each dependent child), who have a primary residence up to 150 m². The property value limits are:
   • €85,000 for single individuals
   • €150,000 for married couples
   • €200,000 for married couples with children
3. 100% discount for families with three or more children, or for families with a member who has a disability rate of 80% or higher, provided their income is up to €12,000 (plus €1,000 for each dependent child), and their primary residence is up to 150 m².
