Short-Term Leases - Latest Clarifications

For the purpose of your timely information, we inform you that, according to the recent instructions of the Public Administration Authority and the clarifications provided:

📌 On the contrary, in the case of a new property , proper registration/amendment in E9 is first required and then registration in the Short-Term Lease Register of the Hellenic Real Estate Agency , in order for the relevant AMA to be issued.

📌 It is noted that any omission or delay in registration or incomplete updating of the property details may result in administrative fines , as provided by law.
